Lead designer in collaboration with Progenit on the on-going re-design of Bhs.co.uk.
An exercise in e-commerce design and strategy, existing branding was built upon and developed to bring it up to date and in line with direct competitors, whilst retaining the appeal to the core demographic.
Promotion areas implemented, along with a seasonal promotional strategy. Cross-selling and offers approached holistically across the site, email template was refreshed, as was the user journey, product selection, browsing, basket and checkout processes.
